Can a maytag bottom freezer in a duel electronic cool refrigerators tracks freeze and make the door unable to open?

The tracks freeze warm outside air has entered the freezer causing condensation. The door can be hard to open for a lot of reasons. Tracks require bearings to be greased regularly. Common causes are Too much food causing poor air flow-something got lodged - drawer off the rails/track-door didn't shut completely allowing warm air in n created large ice mass. The freezer door should be opened only by pulling the middle of the handle. Pulling from the side at angle will throw it off. To realign, remove all food from freezer, grease bearings, slowly close then open completely the firmly shut

Possibly, what's the history on this unit? Is it a known leaker? Was it previously owned by someone from the government? Those are known leakers.

Mayer, Government owned refrigerators are known to leak? I don't work near a base, but that's good information to know. I'm curious, what's the reason for that?
