Startproblems after Windows10 upgrade
My Computer does not restart after sleeping. Since renewal of Windows10. Cache too full, therefore deleted. Now Problem to find bootmgr.

Have you done a factory reset? If not, doing that will most likely solve your problems. Back up any important data to an external hard drive, then reset. Hop this helps!

Normally needs to be fix by repair usb with windows os on it which steps can be found here Microsoft Help Page
