please make sure to speak to us. it might be a battery problem (due to the usage of a wrong charger for longer time) or maybe even the charging IC in the phone. charging IC problems can result in an overheating of the phone or maybe even a burning battery... so please take it serious and speak to our support team. we will help you ;-).
