Unfortunately, I had the unlucky disadvantage of dropping my A6000 right on the view finder during a wedding recording. (What are the chances?) Now, the view finder has two curtain sized black marks on the top left & right corners. How can I repair my poor a6000 to her former glory?

Hi,
Unfortunately LCD screens cannot be repaired they have to be replaced.
Here is a link to the Ifixit guide on how to repair the LCD screen in your camera. Take note in the Introduction regarding possible breakage using the procedure.

He was asking about the electronic view finder not the main LCD.

I have the same issue. My 18mnt daughter reached for the camera on the tripod and it fell on the EVF. My issue is that half the EVF is covered black (I assume its spilled ink) from the EVF lcd.
Looks like I can follow the shutter button replacement to get to the EVF, but I cannot find the part on ebay. Did you have any luck finding the EVF part online?
