LCD touch screen not very responsive
Ever since I have had this Artisan 837 I have had trouble with the touch screen. You have to hit the selection two or three times for it to respond. I that normal or does the screen need to be replaced?

Check with reviews for the device, see if other people have the problem. I'd say it's just a cheap touchscreen, as most touchscreen printers I've had don't have great touchscreens, but make sure no one else is having the problem before looking at repairs.

It is normal. This is a hokey, resistive touch screen. But it seems adequate for the job, and what would you expect on a cheap inkjet printer? Sorry I don't have a better answer...
