The draw will not open.

@gembka ,Tim, if newer and under warranty and none of the listed fixes work, return device for repair/replacement/refund. Try resetting the player, shut off player, unplug for a minute, plug back in and try. Found some more procedures below from Sony forum for you to try, check the link below. Good luck.

If out of warranty and none of the procedures worked, you may have to remove outer case and see if DVD is jamming the drawer from operating,
