Why does it pull to one side when brakes applied?

The car hase been to several repair shops and everything to do with the brakes have been replaced. Calipers, hoses, rotors, pads, and even one shop replaced the lower arm bushings. No one can figure it out!

If it's

been in an accident it could be a bent frame, or alignement (photo looks as if passenger side has been dented) it could be the power steering pump has a blocked port or crimped hose.

That's the iFixit photo for the device page, not this person's exact car. Good eye, though.

Thanks and no its not been wrecked and that photo is not it. Car ran straight and true for years and then it just started the pull. Seems if you jab the brakes it pulls hard at first and then comes out of the pull as the braking is continued. I am leaning toward a bad master cyl or ABS unit maybe.
