First check to see if your volume mixer levels are correctly raised. You can do this by right-clicking (holding your finger for three seconds) on the volume icon located on the bottom right on the desktop. Select 'Open Volume Mixer' and check to see if the application or system sounds settings is set to zero. Raise the levels to your preference.

If this does not fix your problem then you can right-click (holding your finger for three seconds) on the volume icon and select 'Troubleshoot sound problems.' This program will detect any sound errors on your HP Omni Tablet. Follow instructions provided by the program.

Hi @minguamel ,

First plug in a set of earphones and listen if there is audio coming from there when you have audio playing.

If not then you need to go into Device Manager and check that the audio controller is OK.

Here is a link that describes how to get to Device Manager. Once there scroll down to sound, video and game controllers listing, click on the + symbol next to the entry.

If there is a red cross next to the audio controller entry, right click on the entry and select enable. then check if the audio is working.

If there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the entry, right click on the entry and select Update Driver software and follow the prompts (be sure that you are online when you do this).
