My iPhone is locked

my iphone 3gs is locked within the network provider and cant be used anywhre else..#

Am having problems unlocking my phone but since am not a IT genious i guest i might need some help...pls email me on felixmompiira@gmail.com.

Hi ! Do you mean that you're not able to use a SIM card from any other carrier or that it won't connect to other carrier networks with your carrier SIM ?
