Your best bet will be will precision applicators such as cotton or foam swabs (essentially q-tips that are as long as a pencil), and Isoproyol Alcohol 80%-99% pure. Clean carefully, and make sure its dry before turning the device back on. Are you looking to clean just the inside of the port accessible from outside the case, or all around it?
