How do clean both viewfinders?

I recenetly bought a Polaroid at my local goodwill how do I clean the viewfinder thats on the popout piece and the one inside the camera

I'd try something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NjI-fFX... but I cant guarantee you won't break something. And definitely do not mess with the main lens!
