My tablet just quit working
My daughter was playing a game on my tablet and it just quit working. The screen went blank and now it won't turn on even when you plug it in the screen doesn't light up showing the battery life.

Do you happen to know how much battery life it had before it turned off? If the battery is completely dead, it will take a while to even show a charging screen. How long did you let it charge?

I don't know how much battery it had when it turned off but I left it plugged in overnight and it still won't do anything. My daughter said the battery wasn't low.

my RCA voyager was only two weeks old,battery die then never turn back on. I want to know if I can send it back get another one.lose my receipt I move after I buy my tablet

Wow! guess I'm lucky compared to many here! My wife's tablet just recently crapped out after 3 or 4 years..and she reads kindle every night on it..now it works only when charging..unplugged on a full charge it discharges to zero in a couple of minutes. I also have same tablet...heed the notification warning "battery is at 20%" at that point turn it off and charge it..or it will be forever till it is charged

There are two charging inputs on the tablet. One is round, the other is flat. If one doesn't work, then use the other one.

mine wont come on, i wqs using it, and POOF gone. blue light still comes on when plugged in, no screen response. tried all the usual tricks no luck.
rca says to send it in, will take weeks to get back/new only 3 wks old, past return to store, and cant afford to ship & ins. its not acceptable, that i now am without the tab, the $, and at this point, patience. seems rca must be aware of the issue, and know the fix, some of us can and would just do ourselves if needed, and been much happier with the co. shame on rca

This is my second rca tablet and both just stop working and technician cannot help.I am !#^&@@ because two student asking me if rca products have any use at all.Common rca, help me answer this question.I am loosing faith. After a year,they both just gone like the wind.

Mine is just the same had one n it just we t blank I try turning it on but it won't come n then I bought another one n it did the same thing but it just shows how much is on the battery won't co.e so where do I send them to I will pay to get repaired please

I see I am not the only one. I bought 2, one for my 8 yr. old daughter, last Dec, and one for my 4 yr. old grandson this past June, They took good care of them and then they both just stopped working at about the same time. I really like the tablets and the kids did as well but they do not last and are not worth the money. My grandson only used his for 2 months. Is there anything that can be done?
