U can go get it fix it had happened before to me just let someone fix it and then it will start working again .

Or u can try to fix it yourself. ( but u have to know what your doing.)

How do I fix it???
Send it in with someone who fix tablets and it might take a week or 2 but it will be worth it .
And it will be good as new
But, it might take anything on there off
