Tablet will not turn on.
I had the tablet charging for over an hour and it still would not turn on. I'm not sure if it's the charger or the battery.

I have the same issue with my M10X. It doesn't matter if it's plugged directly into an outlet or on the battery protected side of my UPS. So I now keep a paperclip by the charger to get my tablet to turn on.
Use the paperclip to press and hold the reset button by the micro usb port. then press and hold the power button. remove the paperclip and release the power button. my tablet turns on every time.

Im having problems with my Dragon touch it wont charge because it got bented inside , it wont stay to charge i tried even putting a book under to hold it to charge at times it works but most of times it dosent. What should i do
I just got the dragon touch Y88X kids tablet for my 7 year old and it’s not even two weeks old and having same issue. I can’t even find a reset button to try this.
Did not work. Even if it did, how do you keep it charged?

Return the device! I charged for 2 hours, have no clue how to remove battery and won't try because if I make it worse, then it becomes a misuse excuse and it won't be covered for return. This device is not made with good guts! When they work, they work very well. However, half of them don't work from the beginning and the other half work for a few weeks then burn up internally. These are for someone located in a 3rd world country. If they didn't insist because of SIM card and price, I wouldn't ever order them until they figure out the issues

I have purchased 2 an both had the same problem they died an then after that wouldn’t ever turn back on or even charge their customer service is great and replaced both of them had the new replacement for two days now having the same issue will never buy from them again sucks because they are great tablets for the kids super disappointing

Did this and it worked right away…here's to hoping that fixed the problem…who knew keeping a paper clip in my pocket book for a yr would come in handy on a night when power went out and my 7 yr old was freaking out sooooo “bored”. Thanks for help. From a very thankful mom

obviously K=10 dragon touch is junk, and should not be allowed to be sold in this country. the company would be better off using better components and charging more for them. I wish there was a U.S. company that made tablets, and computers

Make sure your power supply is on, if the charger is plugged into a surge protector that is not on, no current will be sent to charge the device.
Try charging the device in a different outlet, with the charger port directly into the outlet.

i havnt used my dragon touch for 8 months. reason being ive forgot my password and uswername.havnt a clue how to reset it, ive tried all the links but NO CAN DO ...

why are we wasting on tablets they burn us, consumers, all the time and its unfortunate
I had same problem. Would not charge or turn on. Brought it to (geek squad) in best buy and was told mother board was burnt out. (Not burnt out)
Take apart and short out battery real good with it charging. Then press an hold little reset button on back, then press power til it turns on.

My tablet keeps asking for a password have no idea what it is
Hit the rest with pin or small paper clip and press and hold power on. Make sure usb charge cable is connected and powered. This will force the memory holding battery info into a reset and bang will start charging process. It typically will show 1% but let it charge for an hour and try again the power button and you will find all is good again and charging like normal.

My charger it won't work that well it's because of the inside of the charger port it's inside the tablet dragon touch I have the original not white I'm saying when it's all take off I'm saying the cover that helps and stable texted bum bag when you turn it my tablet it says dragon touch I really really want my charger to work that well I only wanted to be 100% working are you guys going to fix my problem or not I really need this fixed I think it doesn't work my tablet will die forever and ever and ever and ever and ever guys just so you know in case you guys have a dog like ours it's not part of a koala Mo but Everest from PAW patrol I named our dog husky Everest if you guys have a dog like me that has the same name or something tell me on the connex BioLife I might have another problem but for now bye

I had this problem for months with two tablets I purchased for my grand daughter (first one stopped working so I bought another which promptly stopped working also. While power was flowing to the AC adapter the units wouldn’t charge. Decided to use the USB port with a 3.0 adapter and voila, I got one fully charged and running (for now, at least). Moving to the other one next. If problem persists I’ll make a claim in the insurance I bought when I purchased the second one. Hope this helps.

I hate this tablet I had a 75$ tablet longer then this crap I’ve been trying to charge it for so long now and nothing. It power off and now it’s not turning back on

Mine will not turn on at all! Tried different power point but nothing. Does anyone know where to send them for repairs?? I even bought new charger but nothing!! My little girl is disappointed because it wouldn't work.

Mine wont charge then i got it nothing so i took of the case to try and fix it i saw what was wrong then when i turned on the power it froze for over an hournow the battery is burning out!

Same problem screen wouldn't lite up battery got hotterand hotter then its now a collecter of dust great tablet for price now i shall dismantle it but still want to know what made it freeze up and burn up battery

Same story. It started getting hot while charging and now it's a dead piece of crap. That was my 2nd Dragon Touch. Never again, what a shame.
