my phone no service when I lockscreen, so I cant't receive a call, message or notification anithing until unlock screen and searching network again

So every time you lock the phone and are in the lockscreen, your phone goes to searching and no service right?
What is the history of this phone, did something happen before to cause it? Could be a loose antenna cable causing this issue.
Check these two guides. You don't have to physically take them out, just check if the cables are plugged in firmly.
