I'm assuming the source is Service Control manager so In the description for event id 7001 is there any info regarding what failed to start? Is there a common theme? e.g.

Also for 7036 check your firewall settings in the past there were problems with different A/V and windows firewall If you have third party firewall have you disabled windows firewall also check that you don't have two A/V running. Sorry if you know all this.
When I click event properties it says the computer browser service depends on the workstation service which failed to start because of the following: the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it
Hi, You can leave the Windows firewall on when you use Malwarebytes. Do you only have 1 A/V installed? If you are using a 3rd party A/V check that Windows Defender has been turned off. Go to Control Panel to find it.
Check that the 'workstation' service has started and that the startup type is set to automatic. Start > right click Computer > Manage > Services and Applications > Services scroll down to Workstation.

Also I use malware bytes should I have the Windows firewall on or off
