Screen work incorrectly after screen replacement

I replace broken screen on my moto x 2014, and after that all workd correctly but, after few minutes when screen is set off it wont be light up again. During this i can receive sms or some chats and phone calls but screen is off. After reboot all works fine but only about a few minutes. This happend only when i lock sreen manually, if dont lock screen it will be work until i lock it

Any idea how fix that?
