I have a white screen after changing my battery

I followed the instruction to change the battery on my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, all went well.

When I turned on my tablet, the color looked posterized, (an Adobe Photoshop term). The color was in the wrong places and the gradation was harsh.

I rechecked my connections and now when turned on, all I get is a white screen.

Anyone know whats up with that?
