Power and Volume Down Buttons not Working
My power and volume down buttons stopped working. My phone is out of warrenty. Is there any way I can fix this?

if it s a hardware problem you must change the Power Button Switch Flex Cable

Hi,
Try downloading and installing to your PC and then running, Windows Phone Recovery Tool. I assume that your phone is using Windows Phone 8.1. Hopefully it will enable you to restore your phone. Be aware that you will lose all your downloaded apps and user data.

You know Microsoft still has the official download page still, I wouldn't trust Softpedia.
