2 Microphone eco during call
I have a problem on my s4, callers hear their voice (eco) ,when i use speaker / heaphones its ok only on calls, when i call someone on messenger or other chat app everything is fine i dont even have to use the speaker, so i dont know what to do...it will fix if i change my micrphone ? or do you guys have any idea what it could be ?

Have you tried a different set of earphones/microphone and see if the problem still exists? Just a thought, do you insert both earphones into your ears or just one and leave the other out. If so it may be too close to the microphone and the other person's voice is feeding back from the earphone to the microphone, thus the echo effect.

When i use headphones everything is fine...also the eco is only on calls , not when i call on messenger or viber...only on calls

Hi,
My apologies, got your question back to front. Have you checked to see what setting the "noise reduction" feature is set to, enabled or disabled? Go to Home > Settings > My Device > Call > Noise Reduction. If it is disabled, enable it or vise versa and see if it makes a difference.

I did that and no it makes no diference..i wanna make sure it is microphone before i chsnge it and also it is possible to be from the career ? I mean if i change the sim with other provider could it make a difference ?
