Touchscreen not responding at all

I have hard reboot and factory reset my LG G Vista but the touchscreen will not respond to anything what other options are there before I try and replace the screen all together

The connections are all good still got a unresponsive touchscreen

my screen is connected and it comes on and it double taps but doesnt respond to and other actions just the double tap

also gonna note that its a verizon phone if that may be a variable in why its not working
