I have a Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus phone whenever I start the phone the canvas word comes on the screen as if it is starting but it gets stuck to that only & my phone doesn't start. The display remains the same i.e. canvas written on the screen. nothing happens after this.

Hi,
You need to hard reset your phone.
Before you do this make sure that the battery is fully charged.
Warning : A hard reset will restore your phone to factory default. You will lose all downloaded apps and user data!
To perform a hard reset do the following:
1.Turn off your phone
2. Press and hold the Volume Up + Power button (both together) until you see Recovery mode.
3. Release both buttons.
4. Select option "wipe data/factory reset" from the menu.
(To scroll options use Volume buttons, and to confirm press Volume Up key for 3 seconds).
5. Then confirm "yes" by Volume Up.
6. In the end accept (confirm with Volume Up key) operation "reboot system now"
The phone should now reset, be patient it takes a few minutes.

I have done the same but nothing changes still whenever I switch on my phone screen comes p by writing canvas on it & after that it gets stuck nothing happens later to this.

Hi,
I found this link which may be of interest to you. http://forum.droidarena.in/Thread-How-to... First he states that you press 3 keys (power + vol up + vol down) to hard reset. Different to what I have found (and you as well) elsewhere. Maybe you could try that before deciding IF you want to try his other option.
