Whenever I turn on my screen it has a dead pixel on the LCD screen what should I do to fix this problem?

If it is a dead pixel, it cannot be fixed.
Are you sure it's a dead pixel? Dead pixels have no light coming from them so appear dark. A 'Stuck Pixel' is a solid colour. For example it may be a bright green,red,blue etc.
Based on the above is your pixel dead or stuck?
