Why are my speakers not working?
I can't figure out how to get my speakers to work again. No sound is coming from them.

If you are having problems with your speakers, first make sure that the volume on the desktop is turned on. You can do this by either adjusting the volume controls on the bottom right side of the screen, or by going into the "Control Panel," clicking "Hardware and Sound," going into "Audio Devices and Sound," and finally clicking on "Adjust System Volume."
If problems persist, please visit the "Audio Not Working" section on the troubleshooting page: HP Envy 23-d060 qd TouchSmart Troubleshooting.
If problems still exist after checking all available options, either reference the HP Troubleshooting page at the bottom of this device page, or contact HP directly.
