The speaker will not increase volume even if I try to do it from my iphone 4. Now it asks me for a password but I never even entered one. Also is there a way to open it because I did drop the speaker before.
My jam storm also wasn't giving me any more volume than 50%. Eventually the rest of the function buttons decided not to react at all. (Disassembled it & found gunky dirt & mold buildup under the motherboard, might this cause functionality problems over time?)
