Wont charge at all
My nobis tablet wont charge at all even if i hold it it been a while since i used it

Hi Darlene,
Try using a different cable to charge your tablet. If this does not work, it is most likely an issue with the charging port. Its actually very common on this model of tablet for the port to come loose and stop charging and many people have reported an issue with it.
It's worth a shot to open up the tablet and reseat the charging port or check its connectors to make sure everything is as it should be. There are a couple student guides on the NB07 that could help you get inside the case: Nobis NB07

I did try a different cable and charger it still wont charge
