Will not turn on.
I have tried everything possible from reset to everything you name it. This unit will not turn on.

Hello Jeff,
- Keep tab charging mode 15 Mins
- Turn off the charger and remove it from tab
- press the power and volume up buttons at the same time for about ten seconds
- Connect charger and see whether it's going to charging back?
There is other way to hard reset. let me know it the tab not respond to above steps

Did any damage, liquid or other, come to the device before it stopped working? What happens when you try to connect it to power? To a computer?

No sudden damage, Liquid, or other. When we connect it to power the white led lights up.
This just came from my daughter who's tablet this is. She says that while she was listening to music the screen glitched and stopped playing. Then it resumed again as normal and then completely blacked out. After this we have not been able to turn it back on regardless of what method of reboot we try etc.
