Windows is looking for the needed drivers which is why it's asking for the disk.
You may need to install more than just a driver here. The best thing is to see if you have the optical disk that came with your tablet or download the installer software from Verizon. Follow the instructions within the installer app on when to connect your tablet. Most people plug in the device to soon so the wrong driver is used.
