cleaning or replace micro usim port

used yota.ru/mobile multiformat Sim , part of it (micro2nano adapter) seems to be stucked in micro Sim slot/reciver ... so other normal (full size) micro Sim cards works OK

but even new multi format yota Sim card that have nano Sim card contacts doesn't even recognized as working Sim on my tegranote7c continues working on other devices ...

so considering its tegranote7c micro Sim card slot issue and looking for safe way to fixit.
