no screen when turn on...
when I turn the button on...steys green...but the screen black..don´t work.
what can I do?

Are the cables connected all the way. Check the power supply cable this may effect performance. Then make sure your video cables are connected. You may want to look at the tear down guides and solutions page to see if any one else had the same problem as you

I also have the same problem it also reads disk but no response on TV it only turns black from no signal and lights also turns green from red after pressing the power button.
