New Screen Installed - Not Working

Just installed the new screen I received from you and felt accomplished. Went to turn it on, nothing. Read a few threads and yes it does show in itunes and connect when I held the menus and select button for 10sec. Screen flashed white but still nothing going on.

Any thoughts? Will have to wait until tomorrow to tear it down again and recheck everything. What a pain.
