How to fix application error 523?

their is only a way that i found is

step 1. first of all download the blackberry desktop software 7.0 on your pc and install wherever you want

step 2. then download the blackberry handheld software(remember please see your application version EX. 5.0.0.1036)

step 3. then open your desktop software and connect your phone with no battery or with battery(remember to make a backup of all your data before proceeding)

step 4. click on update and choose your handheld file you downloaded

step 5. then click next and do as according it is said

step 6. wait for some time it would take a longer time for the updation

step 7. when the updation is finished dont unplug your phone from pc

step 8. as your phone reboots wait for the final updation

congo you have successfully updated your device and your problem has been solved

further if this problem occurs hen you can again do these step and solve
