ゲームチャットが聞こえない
ヘッドホンでグループチャットが聞こえない場合。
コントローラーから抜けている
ヘッドセットアダプターが Xbox One コントローラーにしっかりと差し込まれているか確認してください。
チャット音量が下がっている
Turtle Beach コントローラーアダプターのチャット側の矢印（上）を押し、チャット音量を上げてください。
マイクが動かない
マイクに向かって話しても、音声が認識されない場合。
しっかりと差し込まれていない
マイクのコネクタがヘッドホンのソケットに完全に固定されているか確認してください。奥まで差し込まれていない場合は、さらに押し込んでください。
コントローラーのアップデート
Xbox One コントローラーのファームウェアが最新版でない場合、ヘッドセットアダプターが正常に動作しないことがあります。コントローラーのファームウェアを最新版にアップデートすることで、マイクが正しく機能するようになる可能性があります。
アダプターがコントローラーに入らない
試してみても、ヘッドセットアダプターが Xbox One コントローラーに装着できない場合。
ピンのずれ
残念ながら、一部のヘッドセットアダプターは、出荷時にピンがずれていることがあり、どれほど力を入れても Xbox One コントローラーに適合しない場合があります。その場合は、ヘッドホンを購入した販売店または Turtle Beach に連絡して交換を依頼してください。
音声やマイクが断続的に途切れる
音声がランダムに途切れる場合。特定の角度にワイヤを曲げたときだけヘッドセットが機能する可能性があります。
ワイヤの断線
交換が必要な場合があります。もしご自身で修理を試みる場合は、ワイヤの種類、長さ、はんだ付けの手順について、分かりやすい図解で提供されます。注意：修理を試みた場合、保証が無効になる可能性があります。
コンソールがヘッドセットを認識しない
コンソールがヘッドセットの接続を示さない、あるいは認識しない場合。
互換性の確認
このヘッドセットは幅広いゲームコンソールと互換性があります。互換性のあるゲームコンソールのリストを確認してください。それでも問題が解決しない場合は、別の原因が考えられます。

On my Xbox one dashboard is shows that there is no headset/mic connected to the controller, I've tried just about everything and there is still no audio going into the headset and I also can't talk to anyone in Xbox parties. Both my headset and my console is up to date with the latest version and I still have the same problem, my headset is brand new and the wires are fine, I'm thinking it may be a problem with either my adapter or my xbox one controller..... Can anyone relate to this issue? Or does anyone have any solutions? Oh, and I've done everything that Xbox support told me to do and it's still having the same issue.

The same thing is happening to me and I have tried using a different controller and it works fine , not sure weather it s a problem with my controller . Also the controller that it works on is the old version , not sure if that has anything to do with it or not .

2 days ago when I was in a party chat with my friends my mic sounded perfectly fine but now they say it sounds like I'm mumbling or far away
