Before you do anything else...
Most problems can be solved with a reset of the phone. Turn your phone off, then back on again. If your phone does not turn off, take out and replace the battery. If you do not know how to do so, you can see how to do it here.
Screen Issues
Screen does not respond to touch commands
There may not be a problem with the LCD screen itself, but instead a problem with the connection between the main part of the phone and LCD. This component is called the LCD flex cable, and you can find our guide to replacing it here.
If this does not solve the issue, there may be a problem with the digitizer, the component that reads touch screen input. This piece is separate from the LCD screen, and if you wish to replace it follow our step-by-step guide.
Phone powers on but the screen is blank

When you try to do something that uses the back speaker, no sound comes out.

Cannot hear when the phone is to your ear
You cannot hear anything when trying to make a call, checking voicemail, or any other similar activities.

The physical keyboard does not respond to input
If the keyboard is not responding to you when you push the keys, there is a possibility that the keyboard needs to be replaced. Follow our step-by-step guide to replace the keyboard, as well as clean the keys.
The camera does not work correctly

The front panel buttons don't respond to input
If the front panel buttons are not responding, they may need to be replaced. To replace the front panel, follow our step-by-step guide.
The phone is not getting reception at all
The most likely situation is that your provider is having trouble with it's network, or possibly you are in an area that does not have any reception.

Calibration
CAUTION: Before doing this, back up all data to your phone. This is a hard reset code, and all data will be wiped from the phone and be unrecoverable
- Using the physical keyboard, enter the following code: *2767*3855#
- Press the enter button on your keyboard
- The phone will now restart, and settings such as screen calibration have been reset.
