Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II won’t turn on
Your Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II is having a problem powering up.
Drained / Dead battery
Battery may be completely drained from not using your Exhibit II in extended period of time. To charge your phone, plug your AC adapter into a working outlet. Next, plug the charging cable into the phone. Let the phone charge for at least ten minutes before attempting to turn it on. If phone fails to turn on battery may be completely dead and needs replaced. Here is link to Samsung Exhibit II 4G battery replacement guide.
Corrupted Software
If you have done any type of post-manufacture modifications, like rooting the phone, it may have become corrupted. To fix this you will need to do a factory reset of the Exhibit II. Follow this link to T-mobile to reset your device. Specifically, a master reset is needed.
Bad Display
If the phone has been damaged, as in dropped or received water damage, the screen might be broken. If there is any visible cracking on the glass panel, there are two possibilities. First, the glass panel above the LCD screen may be damaged and not the LCD screen itself. In this case only the glass panel needs replaced. The second is both the glass panel and the LCD screen are cracked or broken. To see if the LCD is broken, look past the first glass panel to see if the crack is deep. Bad Motherboard

Bad Display

Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II won’t take pictures or taking poor quality pictures
Your Exhibit II’s camera isn't capturing pictures and/or taking bad quality photos.
Software Issue
Many problems that are software related can be fixed with a restart. Hold down the power button on your phone and choose “Restart” in the menu that pops up.
Damaged Camera
If the first option did not solve your camera issues, the camera may need to be replaced. The camera is very small and difficult to repair and you have to purchase a replacing camera. Follow steps provided in the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II Camera Replacement Guide.
Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II speaker not working
Your Exhibit II is not producing any sound.
Damaged Speaker
Possibility that your speaker has been blown out. See Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II Speaker Replacement Guide to resolve this problem.
Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II Headphone jack not working
Your Phone appears to be working, but when you plug in your headphones, no sound comes out.
Volume set to low/mute
It may be possible that your volume has been turned all the way down. Use your Volume Up/Down keys to change volume.
Bad Headphones
If you have tried the first option but still no sound, faulty headphones could be another problem. Try a different set of headphones and plug them into your phone to see if they work on your phone. (If you don’t have another pair available, try plugging them into a different device like a computer to see if they are working.
Bad Audio Jack
