ホールドスイッチがオンになっている
最初に使用する前に、デバイスが適切に充電されていることを確認してください。
デバイスを充電しても動作しない
消耗したバッテリー
バッテリーが故障している可能性があります。交換が必要です。新しいバッテリーはこちらから注文できます。取り付けについてはこちらの参考動画を参照してください。
充電コードが機能していない
修理も可能ですが、新しいものを購入することを推奨します。
他の部品が欠品、または破損している
刃やバッテリーなどの交換
使用中に肌への刺激や引っかかりを感じる
刃が鈍っている、または消耗している
刃が消耗している場合は、最近交換したか確認してください。交換用の刃はこちらから入手できます。取り付けについてはこちらの参考動画を参照してください。
トリマーの不具合
使用前にトリマーに適切な潤滑剤を塗布してください。潤滑剤はこちらから購入できます。

i removed blades to clean. bur have difficult to put them back.

Need to know why the blades aren't turning. Shaved is charged and on.

I VE HAD 5 NORELCO RAZORS . In april I purchase an8000 series with cleaning system. The razor makes afunny sound while shaving with any groth of beard it does not cut like my older ones did . Icleaned it by taking head off and cleaning. do I need alubricant on my face? If I do please advise

My norelco aquatec will not turn on. I have changed the blades and cleaned it and it is fully charged as well but it will not seem to turn over. It tries to work but will not. The three orange lights come on and then it goes off.
Please help as it is only 1 year old and I love it!

Why can’t someone answer about the THREE lights? It’s still working, but there has to be a reason for the THREE Lights to be on. You have pictures showing the three little lights.
