The Tablet Will not Connect to the Wi-Fi
When you open up a browser or app that uses the internet, the page will not load.
You are in Airplane Mode
Swipe down on the top right of the screen to open the status bar. Make sure that airplane mode is not on (the airplane symbol is not green). If airplane mode is on, tap the symbol to turn it off.
The Wi-Fi Receiver is not Working
Make sure that the router in your home/environment is turned on and connected to your device. If the router is turned on but the signal is not working, try to turn it off and on again to refresh the signal.
You are Using the Wrong Password for the Wi-Fi
Open the settings app on your tablet, then tap on System Settings, Wireless and Networks, and WLAN. Make sure that WLAN is turned on (tap the slider next to the word "WLAN" if the slider isn't green), then tap the name of your Wi-Fi network. Enter the correct password and tap connect.

The Tablet's Camera is not Functioning Properly
When you take pictures or record video, the pictures/video are blurry.
The Camera Lens is Filled with Moisture
Sometimes moisture and humidity can end up on the camera lens, making the image blurry. First, try cleaning the lens. If that does not work, try removing the camera in order to clean the interior lens. If both of these options fail, it may be time to replace the camera. You can remove or replace it by following the Back Camera Replacement Guide.
The Tablet does not Respond to Screen Touch or Button Pushes
When you touch the device's screen or press a button, it acts as if you did not do that.
Something is Preventing the Tablet from Sensing Your Touch
Something can be getting in between your fingers and the sensors. Try using a stylus or cleaning the screen and your fingers.
The Buttons are Stuck
Remove and clean the stuck buttons, as well as the area where they were placed, before replacing them.
There is a Software Issue
The first step would be to turn the tablet off and on again. If this doesn’t work, try removing the memory card. A faulty memory card can sometimes cause an underlying software issue.
The Screen Fails to Light Up Brighter than the Background after a Full Charge
The screen is too dark to see.
Brightness is Set to Low
Open the settings app, tap on “Device,” then tap “Display,” then tap “Brightness.” Drag the brightness slider to the desired level. It may help to be in a dark room in order to see the screen while doing this.
