Lenovo N20p not charging
The Chromebook will not charge when plugged into the charger
Faulty Power Adapter:
First, make sure the power adapter is plugged into the Chromebook outlet to the left-hand side. Then, check to see if the power adapter light is visible. To further see if the Chromebook is charging or not, the light should be flashing. If not flashing, then that would mean the adapter is broken. Now consider getting a new power adapter.
Defective battery:
First, go to the left side of the Chromebook to check the power adapter for visible light. Then if you see that the power connection light is visible, then you know that the power adapter is not the issue. To further check this, look at the computer to see if it still powers on when the power adapter is still plugged in. If the computer only turns on when it is plugged in, that means the battery is faulty. For this, replace the battery. To view the steps to replace your battery, follow this guide.

The computer is not turning on
Power up button stuck:
Press the power button to turn on the Chromebook. If the key for the power button is locked in position or has resistance, clean area to make sure the button is free of sticky residue. Then, lightly vacuum the area or use a cotton swab to remove dust and residue.
Keyboard not responding
Unresponsive keyboard functionality
Faulty Keyboard:
First, power on the Chromebook. Then, check the keys on the keyboard. Press any key to check if there is any debris, objects, or sticky residue beneath the keys. If the keys are not in place and hard to press, then vacuum keyboard area to remove any residue. If this problem is still there, replace the keyboard with this guide.
Cannot connect to WiFi
The Chromebook will not connect to the WiFi Signal
No network connection:
First, check if the device is in range of a WiFi signal. Check the bottom right side of the screen to see if the signal for WiFi is visible. If not, then restart the device to see if the connection will reboot. If the issue persists, go into your network and internet settings. After this, find the WiFi tab to connect on WiFi. Then, go back to check settings to make sure that all the information for the WiFi is correct. At last, then connect to WiFi.
Incorrect password:
First, make sure the WiFi setting is toggled on and connected to the correct SSID. Then, double check if the password is typed correctly. If not, check and re-enter the password in the settings property. After that, check the network and internet settings and select WiFi tab to find the correct SSID. Select your SSID and retype your password for the WiFi. Connect to WiFi.
Faulty WiFi card:
First, check WiFi connection and password for accuracy. Then, see if all settings are correct and you still cannot connect to WiFi or have a weak signal, replace the WiFi card by following this guide.
Cannot connect to Bluetooth
Chromebook signal for Bluetooth connection not found
No Bluetooth Signal:
First, check for Bluetooth symbol on your device. If there is no Bluetooth symbol or signal, restart your Chromebook. Then, find the Bluetooth signal on the device to double check if the Bluetooth is on. If there is no connection, check device settings for Bluetooth setup. Follow setting up for the Bluetooth to connect the device.
No Bluetooth connection:
First, find the Bluetooth symbol on the bottom right-hand corner for a connection signal. Then, check the Bluetooth setting to make sure that it is connected. If there is still an issue, go to Bluetooth settings on the device preferences or check the device that you are trying to connect to. Make sure that both devices have a Bluetooth connection. Then, pair the devices together. If the issue continues, consider replacing it with this guide.
