デバイスの電源が入らない
モデルの経年劣化やバッテリー容量の酷使による、デバイスのバッテリーに関連した電気的な問題です。
バッテリーの持続時間が短い
LG X Powerの電源が入らない、または接続時以外に充電の兆候が見られない場合は、バッテリーを新しいものと交換する必要があります。これは、デバイスの過度な使用や充電の長時間放置が原因である可能性があります。
交換作業は、まずスパッジャーを使用して電話機のリアカバーを開くことから始めます。電話機の底面から始め、リアカバーと側面の間にスパッジャーを差し込んで背面を開いてください。その後、バッテリーを取り出し、新しいバッテリーと交換します。電話機の開け方はこちらの動画をご覧ください。
充電できない
電話機をコンピュータやノートパソコンの充電器に接続しても左上の充電ランプが表示されない場合は、まず電話機の充電設定を確認し、ファイル共有ではなく充電に設定されていることを確認してください。壁のコンセントに直接接続された充電器を使用しても充電できない場合は、充電ポートが正常に機能しておらず、交換が必要な可能性があります。これは不適切な接続や、故障した充電ケーブルがデバイスに悪影響を及ぼしていることが原因である可能性があります。こちらの修理ガイドを使用して充電アダプターの交換が必要になる場合があります。
カメラが正常に動作しない
カメラが全く動作しない、またはズームや画質に問題がある状態です。
カメラのズームが動作しない
リアカメラで撮影した写真がぼやけている、または不鮮明な場合は、カメラのピント合わせが正しくできていない可能性があります。この電話機でピントを合わせるには、画面上の焦点を合わせたい場所をタップするだけです。2〜3回試してもピントが合わない場合は、カメラが故障している可能性があるため、カメラを交換する必要があります。こちらをクリックしてカメラの交換方法を確認してください。
全く機能しない
カメラアプリを起動しても黒い画面しか表示されない、またはエラーコードが表示される場合は、カメラの交換が必須です。この修理ガイドに従って作業を完了してください。これは、デバイスのオーバーヒートや、カメラ内部への水の侵入による損傷が原因である可能性があります。
カメラの交換手順として、まずは電話機のリアカバーを開きます。カバーを開けるとバッテリーが見えるので、バッテリーとカバーを取り外します。その後、右上にあるカメラを確認し、慎重に取り外してください（カバーとカメラの取り外し方はこちらをクリックしてください）。
その後、新しいカメラと交換します。
カメラのピントが合わない
写真を撮る際にカメラの画像が不明瞭または曇って見える場合は、カメラ設定のオートフォーカス設定が原因である可能性があります。これを解決するには、カメラ設定に移動し、オートフォーカスが有効になっているか確認してください。または、ズームイン・ズームアウトや画面のタップを行い、画像が鮮明になるまで手動でピントを合わせることも可能です。また、非常に高温の場所や極端に湿度が高い環境に入ったことで、レンズやカメラの部品が損傷した可能性もあります。さらに、水没など、何らかのタイミングで電話機が水に触れたことも原因として考えられます。
カメラの交換については、以前の修理ガイドと同じ手順に従ってください。
音質の問題
接続不良または部品の故障による、オーディオジャックおよびスピーカーの問題です。
補助コード（AUXケーブル）が動作しない
有線コードのヘッドフォンが正しく動作しない、または全く機能せず、Bluetoothを介したワイヤレス接続でのみ正しく動作する場合は、まずコードを確認し、ケーブルが損傷していないか、過度に曲がっていないかを確認してください。これが雑音や動作不良の原因である可能性があります。また、オーディオジャックの内部にゴミやホコリが溜まっていないかも確認してください。それでも問題が解決しない場合は、接続ポイントのアダプターを交換する必要があります。

スピーカーの不具合
電話機から聞こえる音が不明瞭、またはひどい雑音が混じる場合は、電話通話用スピーカーとは別に、メインのメディアスピーカーの交換が必要になる場合があります。メディアスピーカーは電話機の背面左下にあります。以下の手順に従ってスピーカーを交換してください。

II depleted the battery to below 10% and the device denied to charge the battery as if charger aint working. Checked several ways but it wouldn’t charge and at last got shut down at zero. After replacement of charging IC the device started to show a green screen when turned on. Some said it requires software installation, but the others said it is hardware problem and replacement of main board is only solution. After few days I put the device on charge and after few hours surprisingly the device turned on perfectly and started charging battery but couldn’t recorgnize sim card. After re-installation of the software the phone was as good as new.
Today after a week I once again accidentally depleted the battery to below 15% and the same $@$*. It seems like when the battery goes below a certain point the device’s charge controlling system can’t charge the battery until or unless charged through some other means. It is a non-removable battery.
Please help any body? I m so sick of it. Sincerely Naeem

My phone, lg power x3 is not even a year old and twice it has given me major problems.Even sending it for repairs.
Now presently I'm watching Amazon Prime,and without warning the stupid Google Asst. Pops up.And the phone starts to take on a life of it's own.The Amazon window would shrink down into the corner of the phone.Meanwhile the Google Asst.Starts repeating wait a second .over and over.The volume button goes from low to high by itself.As if There's a Google Spirit manifesting in my phone.My only recourse is to reset the phone numerous times.
That's it I'm taking it back and telling Lg to give me a new phone or else.
This is ridiculous,the tech giants want everyone to go wireless Bluetooth etc..When they can't even do a simple task like running a Video on Prime.
Yeah technology is great when it works….
But as soon as it decided to do it's own thing.Its like a rock.You might as well throw it away…

I think this phone just has charging issues. The supplied charger worked great for a year and a half and then it just became loose. I had to plug in the charger and lift the charging cable to keep it in charging mode. If I just plugged it in and let the cord just hang normally it didn’t charge. I woke up to a dead phone and went to put it on the charger. It made clicking noises that sounded like static and I unplugged it. After that, it is just dead. The charging port must be fried and to me it’s not worth fixing for money after 3 years. Going to try the moto G power.
