Jura E8 15109 トラブルシューティング
Jura E8 15109 で発生する一般的な問題の解決方法です。
ミルクが泡立たない、または泡立ちが非常に少ない
ミルクを泡立てる際に泡が十分に生成されない、またはファインフォームフロッサーからミルクが噴き出す場合です。
フロッサーが汚れている
ファインフォームフロッサーが汚れているため、洗浄が必要です。システムを「ミルクシステム洗浄」に設定し、ファインフォームフロッサーの下に容器を置きます。ファインフォームフロッサーを分解し、温水または付属のJura洗浄剤で洗浄します。この問題を避けるため、Juraではミルクを使用するたびに、毎日フロッサーの洗浄サイクルを行うことを推奨しています。

ウォータータンクが満タンなのに「ウォータータンクに給水してください」と表示される
ウォータータンク内に水垢が蓄積しているため、タンクが満タンでも「ウォータータンクに給水してください」と表示されてしまいます。
水垢が過剰に蓄積している可能性があります
ウォータータンクの水垢を除去するには、タンクを取り外す必要があります。CLEARYLスマートフィルターカートリッジを使用している場合は、取り外します。ウォータータンクを水で満たし、JURA除石灰タブレット3錠を溶かして、数時間（一晩）放置します。ウォータータンクを空にして、よくすすぎます。CLEARYLスマートフィルターカートリッジを使用している場合は、再度取り付けます。新鮮な冷水でウォータータンクを満たし、本体にセットします。

コーヒーの抽出量が一定ではない
コーヒーを抽出する際、メインの注ぎ口から少しずつしか出ない、または噴き出してしまう場合です。
水の硬度が正しく設定されていない可能性があります
グラインダーの設定を粗挽きに変更してください。または、除石灰作業を行ってみてください。
コーヒーの注ぎ口が汚れている
コーヒーマシンの電源がオフで、コンセントからプラグが抜かれていることを確認します。マシンが冷めるまで1時間ほど放置します。慎重に注ぎ口を取り外し、洗浄します。

マシンからカチカチ、カタカタという異音がする
グラインダーから非常に大きな音がする場合です。
グラインダーに異物が詰まっている可能性があります
グラインダーに異物が詰まると、この大きな音が発生します。この状況を解決するには、Jura E8 コーヒーメーカーの電源を切り、壁のコンセントからプラグを抜き、詰まりの原因となっているグラインダー箇所を慎重に確認します。

マシンが冷えたままで動作しない
安全システムが作動したため、コーヒーマシンが作業指示書を処理しません。（マシンにError 2またはError 5と表示されます）
マシンが長時間冷所に置かれていた可能性があります
マシンが長時間冷所にさらされていた場合、安全上の理由から加熱機能が無効になっていることがあります。この問題を解決するには、マシンをゆっくりと室温（15℃）に戻してください。

I just purchased this machine & after making a cup of espresso or coffee, the bottom tray has water in it. I have other coffee/espresso makers that the only way water goes into tray is if there is no cup to catch the water. Is this normal for this brand Jura E8?

My E8 is brand new and the first time I tested the frothing it frothed very little and sprayed all over the machine. I performed the rinsing of the milking system as per instructions. Did not result in any changes.

Buzzing noise after brewing

When the drip tray is in it says empty drip tray, after emptying and putting back in it says drip tray not fitted correctly. I need to delicately fiddle with it until it’s in the exact correct spot for it to work?? It seems to be getting more and more sensitive

Hi Marc, I had the same but in reality it is not what you think. First remark, you can avoid this by drying the two metal contacts at the end of the water collect pins. ( in the water collect bin) If they connect via water then it will display Full. So this is something you should think of. But the most important thing is something else. You should remind yourself that you only clean the water and dirt when the coffee machine is switched ON. Reson for this is if you empty the tray with dirt or water it is not seen by the machine when you do this if the system is switched off. So next time your coffee machine prompts for empty the tray. you should do this when system detects that you opened the bin. Otherwise aldo you just cleaned it, it stays prompting clean tray. Also note every time you open the dirt tray you have to clean/empty it as the machine things you did. When you take that into account you will not be falls prompt again (unless the two metal plates in the back are full with dirt (shortcuted)
