ウォッチの電源が入らない
ウォッチが電源ボタンに反応しない、または電源が入る兆候が見られない。
充電器の故障
充電器が正しく接続されていること、および4つの磁気ポートが損傷していないことを確認してください。ウォッチが接続しても反応しない場合は、新しい充電器の購入を検討してください。
バッテリーの故障
充電器が正常に機能していると思われる場合、またはプラグを差し込んでいるときのみウォッチの電源が入る場合は、バッテリーの故障が考えられます。こちらの修理ガイドを使用してバッテリーの交換を検討してください。
スクリーンの故障
電源投入時にウォッチが振動するものの、ディスプレイが点灯しない、または一部しか表示されない場合は、OLED（有機EL）パネルの故障が考えられます。Huawei Watchには、AU Optronics製のH139BLN01.0 OLEDパネルが使用されています。この部品は単体で購入可能ですが、非常に壊れやすいため、通常はステンレス製の本体ごと交換されます。ただし、この部品の調達は困難な場合があります。
マザーボードの故障
ウォッチが充電されている様子（触ると温かくなる）がある、あるいはバッテリーを交換したにもかかわらず、起動時にディスプレイが表示されない、または音や振動がない場合は、マザーボードが故障している可能性が高いです。残念ながら、この部品は購入できないようです。そのため、4つの内部コネクタをすべて挿し直す以外に、ドナーとなる別のウォッチからマザーボードを調達する以外に簡単な修理方法はありません。
タッチスクリーンが反応しない
ウォッチがタッチ操作に反応しない、または反応が異常である、あるいは遅い。
タッチを妨げる外部要因
湿気、汚れ、皮脂などが原因で、ウォッチが皮膚の接触を正しく検知できない可能性があります。これにより、スクリーンがユーザーの入力を誤って解読することがあります。デバイスを操作する前に、手やスクリーンが清潔であることを確認してください。
ストラップの摩耗や破損
ストラップが損傷している、または交換が必要な状態である。
ストラップの交換
ストラップの交換手順については、こちらの修理ガイドに従ってください。
デバイスの動作が遅い
ウォッチが特定のコマンドに正しく反応しない、または機能の実行に時間がかかりすぎる。
メモリ容量の不足
ウォッチのメモリ容量がいっぱいになると、デバイスの処理速度が低下する可能性があります。スマートフォンのアプリを使用して、ウォッチから不要なデータを削除してください。
マザーボードの故障
ウォッチの処理速度が著しく低下している場合は、デバイスの内部回路に問題がある可能性があります。こちらの修理ガイドに従って、マザーボードの交換を検討してください。
スクリーンの破損
事故などでスクリーンが割れてしまった。
スクリーンの交換
現在、このデバイスのスクリーンを交換する方法を説明した修理ガイドは公開されていません。スクリーンが損傷した場合は、HuaweiまたはAndroid Wearの修理専門店に相談することを強くお勧めします。ただし、こちらのリンクで、スマートウォッチのスクリーン交換に関する一般的な情報を確認できます。

Hello, a week ago my Huawei Watch (purchased new in December, 2016) started going through a “Rebooting” cycle (restarting every few minutes). So I powered off the watch, but then have not been able to turn it on since then. I’ve tried to turn on the watch when it’s connected to the charger, which I could feel that the back of the watch was warm, but it would not turn on. Would you consider replacing the battery for this situation?

This very same series of events has happened to me in the past week. This coincidence leads me to believe that this is software issue (associated with a recent update) and not a hardware issue.

The watch is non-responsive to touch commands, or responds erratically and/or slowly. It works wrong

Screen will not light up on the hauwei watch by touching ,it vibrates but the screen does not light up

Screen replacement: Actually quite simple: you replace the complete case.
A new case will cost about £25. They are available. Is your watch the jeweled W1 for Ladies?
I have such a case, but it lacks the ‘winder’ button. That needs to be transferred from the old cas to the new case. This is a fiddly job, and the circlip is easily lost, as it comes away with some speed.
The winder button comprises :
1/ The button itself,
2/ the return spring,
3/ the pressure washer',
4/ the ‘o’ ring, and
5/ the circlip.
I offer you 2 choices:
You can sell me your broken watch as scrap, or I can send you the required bits.
I would recommend removing the circlip working with both hands and the old watch case inside a large plastic bag, so that when the clip flies, it will be confined to the bag, not buried in your deep pile carpet 3 metres away!!!
