HP EliteBook 840 G4 Trackpad Unresponsive

If the trackpad on your HP EliteBook 840 G4 is unresponsive, follow this page for possible solutions.

Pop off the keys and take a big fluffy brush and dust off the area. Put the keys back on after.

Power off device, remove the keys and wipe off any water visible, put the keys back on and power on device.

It could be an issue with outdated drivers to fix this. Uninstall Drivers and Reinstall them or try updating your drivers.
