I just bought a HP Chromebook 360. I can be in the middle of something and the screen goes off then comes back on. Why and what causes that? How do I fix this so that it does not keep happening?

I purchased a hp chromebook x360 in August and my camera/ video does not work. It says that the camera is enabled in settings, but the screen remains black. The orange light comes on when the camera/ video app is open but the screen is black. When trying to use the video in google meet and google duo, the orange light is also on but the person on the other side does not see me (black screen) however, I can see them. Is this a common problem? How can i fix this? I need my camera for online learning.

My family purchased my HP Chromebook x360 in September of 2020, my computer will not turn on. I’ve tried leaving it on the charger, hold the power button for 30 seconds, and the fans will run for a second and then shut off. My keyboard lights won’t come on and the screen stays black. What could be causing this and how can I fix this?
