デバイスの電源が入らない
レーダーが反応しない、または電源が入っている兆候が見られない場合。
シガーソケットアダプターの故障
シガーソケットアダプターが接続されており、電源ランプが点灯していることを確認してください。アダプターが接続されているにもかかわらずランプが点灯しない場合は、アダプターが故障しています。交換用アダプターの購入を検討してください。
音声が歪んでいる／音が出ない
レーダーから出る音がノイズ混じり、または全く音が出ない場合。
スピーカーの故障
レーダーからの音が歪んでいる、あるいは本来鳴るべき時に音が出ない場合は、デバイスのスピーカーが故障している可能性があります。Escort Radar 9500IX スピーカー交換修理ガイドへ進み、レーダーのスピーカーを交換する手順に従ってください。
ディスプレイが真っ暗なまま反応しない
レーダーのディスプレイが真っ暗で、何も表示されない場合。
シガーソケットアダプターの故障
レーダーが接続され、電源が入っていることを確認してください。レーダーが接続されていても電源が入らない場合は、シガーソケットアダプターが故障している可能性があり、交換が必要です。
ディスプレイの故障
レーダーのディスプレイが反応せず真っ暗なままの場合は、ディスプレイが損傷しているか故障しています。まず、ディスプレイの輝度が上がっているかを確認してください。輝度が上がっているにもかかわらずディスプレイが真っ暗なままであれば、ディスプレイの故障です。Escort Radar Companyに問い合わせて、レーダーの交換を依頼してください。
デバイスが応答しない
ボタンを押してもデバイスが反応しない場合。
バージョンが古すぎる
お使いのデバイスのバージョンが古く、車両に接続できない可能性があります。最新バージョンのダウンロードを試してください。Escort Passport 9500IXのアップデート方法へ進み、レーダーをアップデートしてください。

My device just took a crap power cord has a light but the device no light and sound

My Passport 9500i is:
1) No longer marking locations
2) I had to replace the speaker last year. It started blasting unnervingly LOUD in certain interference locations. Not all though.
Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I use my Escort in Europe as well. The Ku-band however, cannot be set. When I check the Ku-band and hit the Change to be saved to the detector it unchecks it. What is the problem here?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.. My device powers on and stays on as well as I can change the functions. The problem is as soon as it senses and goes to alert it immediately tells me to reboot power and stays on that message. I am going nuts because I only have had this device for 3 months and has done this since I received it. Thank you beforehand.

In my opinion, you need to return it for exchange. That is a faulty unit.
It is too bad that this site is not monitored by the Escort folks and no one reply.
