Device Won’t Turn On
We will now troubleshoot what is causing your device to not turn on
Test Your AC Jack
Using a multi-meter set on DC in the 12V range, touch the red prong to the prong inside the jack and the black on the outer shell inside the jack. It should read the proper voltage if working. If not, desolder the jack and replace it with another.
Test Your Switch
Disassemble the device. Then put multi-meter on the terminals of the switch. It should read the proper voltage if the part is working. If not, desolder the component and replace it.

Check Motor Band
If a noise is being made, the belt for the motor assembly may be broken. If so, replace the part.
