Remote Not Working
You have trouble listening to sounds on your computer.
Faulty Batteries
Check the batteries to see if they are installed properly or if they need to be replaced.
Wireless Obstruction
Point the remote control directly at the soundbar.
Won't Power On
"You have trouble getting your soundbar to power on"
Incorrect Cord Placement
Secure both ends of the power cord.
Faulty Power Adapter
Unplug the power cord for at least one minute and reconnect. If power isn't restored consider purchasing a replacement power cord.
No Sound
Your speaker has no audio
Muted Soundbar
Insure the soundbar is unmuted and the volume is increased.
Faulty Cable Setup
Ensure that the audio cable is connected to the Audio Output or Audio OUT, not Audio Input or Audio IN.
Cannot Play Bluetooth
Your Bluetooth wont connect and play
Pairing Device Failed
Clear the soundbar's pairing list by deleting Bose Solo 5 system from the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device then try to pair again.
Multiple Devices Connected
If one or more Bluetooth devices are connected pause your streaming and disconnect other Bluetooth devices not in use.
Weak Wireless Connection
When trying to access your speaker, it does not respond accordingly
Router and/or Modem Issue
Turn off your soundbar, then turn off and unplug your router and /or modem. Wait one minute, replug in your router and/or modem Turn back on and attempt to reconnect through your soundbar.
Not in Range
Be sure the system is within range of the wireless router. Try moving the system within its current location to determine if it is in an area of poor reception.
