Charging Failure
The phone does not respond to the charging cable.
Faulty Charger
The problem may be with the charging cord. Try charging another device, with the same charging cord with the Fierce to verify proper functionality. If the cord cannot charge your other device, it is most likely faulty and should be replaced.
Faulty Battery
Plug your phone in using a charger that you are sure it works. If the Fierce still does not charge, this may be a sign of a faulty battery and the battery needs to be replaced.

Dirty Dock Connector
Check your dock connector for any dirt or any bent and broken pins. If you find any debris, clean the dock connector using canned air which helps any loosened debris and dust to exit the port. If you find any bent or broken pins, then the dock connector needs to be replaced.

Random Vibrations
Phone randomly vibrates without any clear reason.
Constant Vibration while Charging
If you noticed the random vibrations only occur while charging, you should check if the charger cable is damaged by looking for any Bent or Corrosion. Try a different charger cable and see if it works.
Vibration Setting is ON
From the home screen, tap “Settings”, then “Sounds”. Tap the switch for vibrate on silent to disable the feature when the phone is in silent mode.
Wi-Fi Connection Issues
Wi-Fi symbol does not appear and web-based applications will not load.
Wifi is Not Enabled
The phone cannot connect to Wi-Fi if you don't let it! Verify that the phone’s wireless connection setting is enabled.
Router and/or Modem Issues
If you still cannot connect to Wi-Fi, you may be experiencing problems with your router and/or modem. First turn off the phone, then turn off your router and/or modem. After 30 seconds, turn your router and/or modem back on, and attempt to connect through your phone. If you still cannot connect, there may be issues with your service provider.
Weak Battery
It takes longer time than usual to charge and it run out of battery quicker than usual.
Power Intensive Apps
Go to settings and then apps and you will be able to monitor how much each app consumes from your battery life.
Some apps keep on updating themselves throughout the day which consumes the battery life. You can stop Auto-update by going to home screen, tap Apps > Play Store then tap the Menu icon. From there choose Settings > Auto-update apps and choose the option Do not auto-update apps.
Set Auto-Lock interval so that your Phone will turn off more quickly after a period of inactivity. To set the auto-Lock interval, launch the Settings app, tap on General and then Auto-Lock and set the auto-lock interval to either 30 seconds, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 minutes.
Length of Charge
One clear sign that your cell phone battery might be dying is that it can no longer hold a charge for long. The amount of time your cell phone battery holds a charge depends on how frequently you use it, and what you use it for.
Battery Failing to Hold Charge
If your phone works only when it is plugged into a wall outlet, odds are the battery within is dying, if not already dead. If this is the case, you need to replace your battery.

Distorted Sound
Trouble listening to sounds on the phone.
Filthy Speaker
Speaker net might affect the clearness of the volume. Check your speaker net for any dirt. If you found any you can clean them by softly rubbing the speaker opening using a Q-tip soaked in Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any debris that has collected. It can also be cleaned using air duster which works well in removing dust.
File Quality
The quality of what is playing in the phone for example if someone playing music in the new phone and the volume is not clear because the song quality can affect the volume in the phone especially old files.
Flawed Speakers
Test audio through the phone’s speakers, then test it using headphones. If the audio is only distorted or not clear when listening through the speakers, then the speakers themselves may need replacing.
