If you already have turn off and turn on the printer and error doesn't clear up, try turning it off and check for any obstructions that may be blocking the inks from moving then turn it on. If the issue persists, your printer already has a hardware issue particularly the printer part of your product. either your phone is broken, your cable is defective, or your charger has failed. Try different chargers and cables to isolate the problem. Or take all of them to an Apple store for diagnosis (make a genius bar appointment before going).
