The touch screen on this device is a very critical component. You need it to work to use the RoadMate. If your screen isn't functioning correctly try these solutions. First, power off the device and wipe the screen off with a microfiber cloth. If something on the screen is registering a touch it could be causing your touch to miss the mark. Alternatively, the screen may be failing due to extreme temperatures. Take the device inside and allow it to get to room temperature.
