"Is my CD tray broken?"に関する回答I have that same problem, too! You should try to open your CD/DVD drive from the Navigation pane. Go to the Start Menu and click on Computer, and right click CD/DVD. On the mini toolbar, scroll down and click Eject; the tray should pop out. If not, then you could restore the system or uninstall/re-install the CD driver from your computer. Sometimes, when your system updates, it may interfere with the CD/DVD tray function; I don't know why it does, but it can happen. I haven't tried these last two options, but what I did was take a toothpick and inserted it into the small hole on the right side of the loading tray and manually ejected the tray. If your tray cannot internally eject through Windows, and you have to manually pop it open, it's highly probable that the tray is broken.
"Why is my laptop not charging?"に関する回答A laptop can lose its ability to hold a charge due to battery deterioration. To fix this, try turning off the computer and remove its battery and AC adapter, and re-install them after 10 seconds. Hold down the power button of your laptop for 30 seconds to see if it reboots and holds a charge without the AC adapter plugged in. Sometimes, it may be a battery issue, such as dust accumulation or battery deterioration, so try to remove the battery, remove the dust with a microcloth and re-install the battery, or completely replace it. In addition, check to see if your AC adapter is the correct one for your laptop- it may be made by a different company or contains different wattage that your laptop requires. If the battery and AC adapter does not seem to cause the problem, you may have to re-install the driver. For Dell users, this option can be found in the device manager tab > battery settings > Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery > Right-click Uninstall driver > Accept changes and install the...
"Why is my laptop over heatting?"に関する回答When a laptop is used for long periods of time, the battery becomes worn out and causes extreme heating when constantly charged. To alleviate this issue, try using the laptop without the charger plugged in. If heat is still produced, remove the battery and run the laptop on AC power. Lastly, if all else fails, you might have to buy a replacement battery, which you can order right from the Dell website: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/produ...-1387&mfgpid=229431 Hope that helps!
